These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rara AI's enterprise software, API integrations, and related AI solutions.

1. Acceptance of Service Terms

By integrating, accessing, or using the enterprise services provided by Rara AI, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not integrate or use our AI systems. For enterprise customers, these terms act in conjunction with any specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or SaaS agreement signed between Rara AI and your organization.

2. Description of Enterprise Services

Rara AI provides B2B AI-powered software solutions for the flooring industry, including API access for AI Color Match systems, embeddable AI Assistant chatbots, and operational Call Automation workflows ("Services"). These tools are designed to be deployed into retailers', manufacturers', and distributors' existing digital ecosystems to aid in product identification and comparison.

3. Integration Responsibilities & Conduct

When integrating with or using our Services, your organization agrees NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms, APIs, or AI model weights belonging to Rara AI.
• Circumvent API rate limits, pricing tiers, or engage in activity that disrupts the distributed system's performance.
• Programmatically submit misleading, fraudulent, or harmful prompts or inputs to our AI systems at scale.

4. Corporate Information & Liability

All content, trademarks, software, algorithms, and models associated with the Rara AI platform are the exclusive property of Rara AI, Inc., or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform strictly as permitted by these Terms or a separate enterprise agreement.
