Rara AI utilizes various proprietary, commercial, and open-source technologies to power our enterprise visual search and AI solutions for the flooring industry. This agreement outlines the licensing and software attributions for utilizing our services and APIs.

1. Proprietary Software Licensing

The Rara AI platform, including our core AI Color Match algorithms, AI Assistant Chatbot logic, AI Call Automation systems, APIs, and all associated enterprise applications, are proprietary software owned by Rara AI, Inc. Use of these systems is granted to enterprise customers strictly under the terms outlined in their respective Master Service Agreements (MSA), SaaS contracts, or specific software licensing contracts. Reverse engineering, unauthorized reproduction, attempts to extract the source code or model weights, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
