This Privacy Policy describes how we process, scale, and safeguard information across our entire suite of B2B applications, API integrations, embeddable AI tools, visual search services, and voice AI workflows (collectively, the “Services”).

This may include: Name, Email address, Phone number, Company name and role, Billing information, Uploaded images or content, AI prompts and responses, Feedback and communications.

Because our software operates in embedded and API environments, we automatically collect telemetry to ensure operational uptime:

  • API request volume, latency, and error rates
  • Partner-level authentication patterns
  • Payload sizes and formatting logs
  • System environment variables (browser agent, integration context)
  • Interaction states within our chatbot and search widgets

This data is strictly utilized for infrastructure monitoring and continuous delivery improvements.

3. Enterprise Data & AI Model Training

Rara AI provides enterprise AI solutions to flooring manufacturers, retailers, and related businesses.

  • Customer product data remains the property of the customer.
  • We do not sell customer data.
  • We do not use enterprise customer product catalogs or proprietary data to train generalized public AI models.
  • Any system improvements derived from usage data are anonymized and aggregated.
  • Uploaded consumer images are processed solely to generate relevant matching results.

If a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is executed, those terms will govern data handling in addition to this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

  • With cloud hosting providers and infrastructure partners
  • With analytics providers
  • With service providers assisting in platform operation
  • If required by law or legal process
  • To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring

All third-party providers are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services, fulfill obligations, comply with laws, and resolve disputes. Data used for analytics may be anonymized and aggregated.
